When in Doubt, Go to the Pub.
So, here we are—following yesterday’s realisation about the temperature situation and one difficult truth I’ve finally had to accept:
“It’s not you, it’s me.”
And yes, it really is me.
If I don’t like the cold, perhaps I should get out of the cold. It’s hardly rocket science. I’ve been so busy training in the heat that I’ve barely considered any other possibility.
Right then—decision time!
Actually, I’m going to have to think about it tomorrow.
Ahhh, sleep—the great escape. Sleep through the night and you wake up one day closer to “walking on sunshine.”
Until then: dress warmly, layer up and go to the pub.
It’s warm there.
