Adapt. Or Freeze Trying

The first thing I want to talk about is adaptation—why the body and mind change in response to a challenge.

Having said that, I can’t work out why I’m not adapting.

I’ve been doing some research about my temperature situation, and it turns out that a drop of 15 degrees during the day—and more than 20 degrees overnight—would make even the world’s greatest greatest athlete retreat in shivering horror.

So, there’s a new plan: bear down, do my best and, above all else, stay warm.

And never, ever, ever, ever fly south in winter again.

Unless money changes hands. 😂

Once again, I’ll do better tomorrow!
