Paradise Can Wait

But today has been rough. Really rough.

Right now, I honestly feel like bursting into tears.

It's difficult to explain, and I could probably use a hundred adjectives to describe today, but I'll keep it simple.

Today has been one enormous challenge.

And I'm still not home.

I've made myself a promise though.

The moment I walk through my front door, I'm opening a cold beer, ordering something delicious for dinner, and soaking up the ambience of my own little paradise.

Then I'll sleep.

Really sleep.

Because that's what today has earned.

And as always...

Tomorrow will be better.

No...

Tomorrow won't just be better.
